What you'll do





Collaborate with the Data Demand team to ensure that we have epics coming into the design teams for estimation and design before feeding into the factory Work with portfolio teams to plan future epics and forecast the factory to ensure it is funded Plan the delivery of the factory by scheduling stories into sprints and working with scrum masters for sprint planning Coordinate with the engineering factory to ensure smooth execution of planned stories, including all stages of the software delivery lifecycle Review work orders with systems integrators to ensure that the correct details are included and that milestones are appropriate according to factory delivery Ensure that the deliverables of work orders support the successful delivery of the factory, including support for release and warranties aligned with project plans Ensure a healthy intake of stories for the factory by working with architects and designers to understand when stories would be available to sprints with all acceptance criteria clear and ready for software developers Facilitate communication between architects, designers, and the engineering factory to safeguard smooth delivery Work with the AoM infra team to ensure environment alignment with the factory schedule, allowing for no disruption throughout development and system testing Monitor and adjust the factory schedule to align with environmental requirements Work on the reporting of AoM L3 team's utilisation and forecasting to ensure efficient resource management

Who you are





Experience with Pega Platform: Familiarity with the Pega Customer Decision Hub platform and its functionalities is beneficial Process Management Skills: Strong skills in planning, coordinating, and managing processes for engineering factories and teams Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with various teams, including portfolio teams, engineering factory, architects, designers, and demand teams Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective collaboration
