About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven propositions manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our product and service offerings of the platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.



As the proposition manager, you will be responsible for refining and executing the value propositions for our platform to ensure they deliver the best value for our advisers and clients ensuring good customer outcomes are delivered.


Core responsibilities:




Working with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure controlled delivery of propositional enhancements in a compliant and consumer focused way. Actively monitor the market and use customer insights and market research to allow us to prioritise enhancements for our advisers and clients to deliver good outcomes. Work closely with our product, marketing and outsourced operations teams to ensure a joined up approach when taking new enhancements to market. Reporting outlining gaps and recommend appropriate approaches for rectification. Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and report into relevant committees. Make recommendations for changes and improvements to the platform, developing business cases as appropriate. Work with additional parties within the distribution chain to deliver efficiencies in service.

This is a new role in our business. As such, you will be required to undertake other activities and that fall within your capabilities as directed by management. As the role develops additional responsibilities may be required.

Specialist Skills, Qualifications and Experience:




Essential:




In depth experience proposition development or product management. In depth experience of the retail intermediary platform industry. Strong commercial background and customer focus with experience of building investment business cases. Operational knowledge of Consumer Duty. Knowledge of other regulatory initiatives which affect Wealthtime The ability to solve complicated problems in line with regulatory expectations in both the letter, and spirit of the regulatory landscape. A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving, including persuasion and influencing skills. Ability to be flexible with work and have efficient prioritisation skills Good working knowledge of UK investment tax wrappers.
