The Platform Solutions Manager is a strategic role that bridges technical expertise with client engagement, partnering closely with Sales and Account Management Teams. You will be responsible for developing compelling, customized and standard demonstrations that not only win new business but also ensure the retention of existing clients. This position demands a rare blend of deep technical proficiency and exceptional client-facing capabilities, enabling you to translate complex technological solutions into tangible business value.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive people management through strategic team member development, conducting colleague reviews, workload assignments, and leading team and 1:1 meetings
Cultivate an internal support network to rapidly address organizational gaps and implement solutions
Foster a collaborative environment that enhances both technological and human capabilities.
Identify partner and client needs through discovery calls and develop customized, scalable Egencia Platform training solutions for organizations of all sizes.
Establish cross-functional collaboration processes for consistent platform demonstrations
Ensure training content reflects current platform capabilities and evolving customer needs
Empower the client training team as definitive subject matter experts for Egencia digital platforms
Create strategic client onboarding programs that ensure seamless integration, support customer goals, reduce operational risks, and enhance booking efficiency.
Champion technological innovation by guiding team learning, creating innovative solutions, and expanding technological capabilities to tackle intricate client challenges.
Deliver monthly educational sessions for Global Sales and Account Management teams
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Marketing Campaigns and at industry events
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to drive innovative solution road maps
What We're Looking For
