About the Role:

As our Platform Team Manager, you will be instrumental in advancing the design and architecture of Hightown's Azure and on-premises infrastructure. You will oversee and manage a complex network connecting over 90 sites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Evolve Design and Architecture:

Oversee and manage Hightown's Azure and on-premises infrastructure.

Provide Technical Leadership:

Guide engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Ensure Compliance:

Maintain industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Oversee Projects:

Manage infrastructure-related projects from inception to completion.

Experience and Qualifications:

Degree:

Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven Experience:

Designing, managing, and maintaining Azure and on-premises infrastructure.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to motivate, manage performance, and foster professional development.

Technical Expertise:

Strong background in cloud computing, networking, and infrastructure management.
