We are hiring
Plating Painting and Masking Operators
for a leading engineering business in Glasgow. No prior experience is required - full training is provided on the job.These roles involve intricate, hands-on work using small tools, making them ideal for individuals with good hand-eye coordination and an eye for detail. You will be working as part of a supportive and experienced team in a well-established manufacturing environment.
What We're Looking For:
Steady hand and confidence using small hand tools Comfortable working on detailed, precision tasks Strong communication skills and a positive, engaged attitude Reliability, teamwork and willingness to learn
Working Hours:
37 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am - 4.30 pm Friday: 8.00 am - 1.00 pm Once fully trained, you'll rotate into a backshift pattern with your team
Team & Leadership:
You'll join either the
Masking, Painting
orPlating
team, all led by highly experienced and hands-on Team Leads. You'll be part of a tight-knit unit that values communication, flexibility and mutual support.Why Apply:
