Job Summary


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Painting and Decorating supervisor to join our busy team. As a Painting and Decorating Supervisor, you will oversee construction painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely completion. Your core skill in construction painting will be essential in leading and guiding the painting team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities



Daily contact with Works Manager on status of job, report any problems or potential problems.
To ensure high quality workmanship from labour force
To ensure job working to budget and timescales
Compilation of and production of relevant information to Contract Manager on weekly basis
Responsible for all equipment and the issue of to trained operatives, including issue of risk assessments and method statements
To hold weekly Tool Box Talks, raising relevant issues including H&S and training.
Essential Criteria

Skills



Proficient in painting techniques and application methods. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to travel to different job sites if required. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
All works in central London areas from fit out projects to residential projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
