Job Summary

We are seeking an assistant to support our team in providing care and educational experiences for children.

The ideal candidate will possess the relevant experienced background in early childhood education. This role involves fostering a nurturing environment while ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and implementation of educational programmes and activities for children. Provide supervision and support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Collaborate with educators to create engaging learning experiences that promote development in various areas. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Manage daily operations, including scheduling, record keeping, and maintaining a clean environment. Support children with personal care routines as needed, fostering independence and confidence. Drive children to various activities or outings as required, ensuring their safety during transit.

Skills

Strong learning abilities to effectively work within a team. Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is beneficial. Knowledge in early childhood education is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to engage positively with children and create a supportive learning atmosphere.
