We are seeking a Play Assistant to join our team at Woodmansterne Primary School and Nursery, part of Bourne Education Trust.
Our Play Assistants are responsible for the supervision of pupils during the play sessions, ensuring their safety, welfare and good conducts. You will promote the inclusion of all pupils in all aspects of school life in line with school and Trust policies, promoting the ethos and the values of the school and Bourne Education Trust.
We are seeking flexible and enthusiastic play assistants to join our team on a zero hours/bank contract, providing support to our wraparound care services - including breakfast club (07:30-08:50) and after school club (15:20-18:00).
This role is to cover both planned staff absences and short-notice sickness. Please note that the work is not guaranteed on a regular basis and will require availability at short notice for either session.
While this is a bank position, it offers a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and become part of our wonderful school community. For the right candidates, this could open the door to future opportunities and more permanent roles within our school.
