Play Cafe Assistant

Contract: Zero Hours, Part-Time

Location: Titches Playroom, Whilton Locks, Daventry

Titches Playroom is a vibrant, family-friendly space at Whilton Locks, Daventry. We provide a safe, fun environment for children to play while parents relax with a coffee, smoothie, or treat.

The Role

We're looking for a warm, approachable, and reliable Play Cafe Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone friendly and confident, who enjoys working with children and families.

Key Details

Hours: 9:00am - 4:45pm Shifts: 1-2 midweek shifts, with occasional weekend work Once fully trained, you'll be running play sessions independently
Responsibilities

Welcoming families and checking in for play sessions Preparing and serving hot drinks, smoothies, and light lunches Keeping the cafe and play areas clean, safe, and welcoming Providing excellent customer service throughout the day
What We're Looking For

Friendly, approachable, and happy working with both children and adults Confident to take initiative and run sessions once trained Previous barista or cafe experience is a plus (training provided) Must be 18+
