Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Baby Room supervisor to provide high-quality childcare and early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for working with children, and excellent communication abilities.

Duties:- Manage the daily operations of the assigned room within the nursery- Supervise and support nursery staff in delivering engaging activities and maintaining a safe environment- Develop and implement age-appropriate learning programmes- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and well-being- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for childcare settings

Experience:- Previous experience in a childcare setting is essential- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Qualifications in level 3 in childcare or similar field are desirable- Experience working with children aged 0-11 years old is preferred
