C.A.T.S club We are looking for a someone to join our team at our Maynards Green Site You must be available between 7:30 am and 9 am for breakfast club and then again between 3 pm and 6 pm for after school club. Monday - Friday. Our holiday play-schemes run 11 weeks a year from Horam Village Hall and are on a shift basis of either morning or afternoon sessions. No experience is necessary. Full training will be given. The safety of the children in our care is our priority all positions at C.A.T.S Club are subject to a fully enhanced DBS (paid for by us) and two satisfactory references one of which should be from your last employer. Responsibilities
Organise and facilitate a variety of play activities suitable for children of different ages and interests
Supervise children during playtime both indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety at all times
Support children's social development by encouraging interaction, cooperation, and communication
Maintain a clean and organised play area, adhering to health and safety standards
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience for all
Assist in planning age-appropriate programmes that promote learning through play
Support children with special needs or behavioural challenges in a caring and professional manner
Contribute to the overall organisation of nursery or childcare settings as required
