Lead Club Playworker - Staines, Middlesex (TW18)

Salary: 12.75 - 13.50 per hour (depending on qualifications & experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am - 5:00pm
Contract: Term-time only or all-year with holiday club hours, permanent

We're seeking a passionate Lead Playworker (Level 3+) to join our wraparound and holiday clubs in Staines. Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver inclusive, engaging activities for children Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of childcare professionals Build positive relationships with children and families Oversee daily club operations, health & safety, and compliance Support staff training, inductions, and professional growth

About You

Level 3 childcare qualification (full & relevant) Proven experience in playwork, wraparound, or early years Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and childcare regulations Eligible to work in the UK
