Summary

We are seeking a Play Worker to join our dynamic team at Premier Education. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating fun and engaging play activities for children, promoting their physical development and well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in children's lives while working in a supportive environment. This role will be for our wrap around provision in a school in Dorchester.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging play activities that promote physical development. Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being. Encourage teamwork and social interaction among children. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff. Support children's emotional and social development through positive interactions. Maintain a safe and clean play environment.

Requirements

Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and adults. Ability to manage groups of children in a playful environment. Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate young learners. A minimum level 2 in Childcare or Education required.
