Raising Explorers is an Ofsted registered learning and childcare centre based in Leeds. We provide a supportive, warm, and welcoming environment for children of various ages. We're looking for an enthusiastic Play Worker Lead to join our team and oversee the day-to-day running of our services, including our popular After School Club.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily management and smooth running of core services. Manage and run the After School Club in line with Ofsted guidelines. Recruit, manage, and develop staff members. Foster positive relationships with children and families, valuing parental involvement. Organise engaging holiday play schemes and activities. Manage and maintain resources effectively. Communicate clearly with parents, carers, and team members.
