About the role and team

This is an opportunity to join a successful Plots team, carrying out residential and shared ownership sales for a variety of primarily social housing clients.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Manage and prioritise own caseload of new build disposals, dealing with all aspects including: populating template documents, responding to pre-contract enquiries, dealing with exchange of contracts, carrying out pre-completion preparation and facilitating legal completion Maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all dealings with clients, colleagues and all people with whom you come into contact Accurately and comprehensively record key points on matters in accordance with the team's policies and procedures Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Liaise efficiently and effectively with clients and third parties in a timely manner to ensure matters are progressed within tight timescales Develop knowledge and understanding by research and attendance at relevant in house training sessions to support personal and career development To carry out all other reasonable duties, as requested

About the candidate

The successful candidate will:

Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a variety of tasks and deadlines Have excellent grammar, spelling and strong attention to detail Have good IT skills in Microsoft Office applications and be eager and willing to develop skills in other IT systems such as presentation packages and case management systems as necessary Demonstrate a positive attitude - working well as part of a team and independently Be committed to keeping all matters confidential Demonstrate good motivation and flexibility to meet deadlines, including working early, late or through the lunchtime period where necessary to deliver for clients Be proactive in suggesting solutions and improvements Understand the importance of, and demonstrate, good financial hygiene
