Job Title: Plumber - Social Housing Reactive Maintenance
We are looking for an experienced
Plumber
to join oursocial housing reactive maintenance team
, working across multiple social housing contracts.Role Responsibilities:
Carrying out plumbing and heating repairs as well as installations Working within occupied and void social housing properties Delivering high-quality, efficient service to tenants and clients
Requirements:
NVQ or equivalent plumbing qualifications (essential) Asbestos Awareness (essential) Experience within the social housing sector (essential) Part P qualification (desirable)
