for our contractor on behalf of L&C Refurb Ltd.

Role Overview

As a Plumber working on behalf of

L&C Refurb

, you will be responsible for completing a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation work across properties within Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This role offers stability, consistent local work, and the opportunity to be part of a professional and respected team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in domestic and social housing properties Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly and effectively Ensure all work complies with current safety and building regulations Communicate professionally with tenants, supervisors, and team members Complete required job sheets and documentation accurately Maintain a high standard of workmanship

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) Full UK driving licence CSCS card approved Experience working within domestic or social housing settings preferred Good understanding of health & safety regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
