Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable

Plumber

to join our in-house maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in residential and light commercial plumbing, able to troubleshoot issues efficiently, and committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients and properties.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, drainage systems, water heaters, and plumbing equipment Diagnose plumbing issues and provide accurate, timely solutions Respond to service calls and emergencies as needed Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems within managed properties Install and repair toilets, sinks, faucets, tubs, showers, garbage disposals, and water supply lines Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all job sites Document work performed and communicate clearly with the office team Assist with other general maintenance tasks when required

Qualifications

Proven experience as a plumber (2+ years preferred) Valid plumbing license or certification (if required by state/local regulations) Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Skills

Experience in property maintenance or multi-unit housing Familiarity with maintenance management systems Backflow certification or drain cleaning experience (a plus)
