Job Description

DASCO Construction Ltd are an expanding family building maintenance and construction company, delivering projects and framework contracts for Local Authority, Social Housing and Commercial Clients.

We are seeking to recruit a qualified Plumber for work in the Manchester area.

The ideal candidate will have experience of completing works to a good standard on social housing properties. The work will consist of various plumbing duties including 1st & 2nd Fix bathrooms / Kitchen installations, minor repairs. including renewing radiators in properties.

The successful candidate should have:

Experience within the building industry Suitable qualifications Full UK Driving Licence A valid CSCS card Gas Safe Desirable but not essential
The role is a permanent position, 40 hours per week between 7.30am - 4.00pm. this can be flexible.

Company van and fuel card (If needed) for work use only.

Ideally self employed, wages negotiable.

Pay: 14.50-17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
