The Role

We are looking for experienced Plumbers to join our site teams working on new build commercial and large residential projects across Bristol and the wider South West.

This is a hands-on, site-based position carrying out high-quality plumbing installations as part of well-structured project teams, delivering work to the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Installation of plumbing and public health systems on new build commercial and large residential sites

First fix and second fix plumbing works

Working from drawings and site instructions independently

Ensuring work meets current regulations and Keyplan quality standards

Maintaining excellent health & safety practices on site

Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth delivery

Keeping work areas safe, tidy and organised

Essential Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience as a site plumber (commercial or large residential)

Valid CSCS card

Own transport (essential)

Strong reliability and work ethic

High standard of workmanship and attention to detail

Strong understanding of principles of heating and public health systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good understanding of site health & safety procedures

Plumbing NVQ Level 3

Pay & Working Pattern

Weekly pay

Competitive rates - DOE. Rates generally align with the BESA National Agreement

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Overtime available subject to project requirements
