The Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team, working on residential developments and refurbishment projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in high standards and works well as part of a close-knit site team.
Key Responsibilities
First and second fix plumbing on residential projects Installation of hot and cold water systems Installation of sanitaryware, pipework, and drainage Fault finding, testing, and commissioning systems Working closely with site managers and other trades Ensuring all work meets current regulations and safety standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a plumber, ideally in residential developments NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent) preferred Good knowledge of UK building regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship Full UK driving licence preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: 25,161.26-45,726.66 per year
Work Location: In person
