Job Description

Commercial property repair engineer required for new reactive maintenance contract servicing coffee shops in the Midlands & North West. Must be NVQ level 2 / G3 plumber or have unvented boiler ticker.

Established family-owned refurbishment and repair company based in Derby looking for a field-based multi-skill engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable history of similar work and skills. The work requires attending reactive call outs to agreed SLA levels and then carrying out further works as and when required around the Midlands & North West.

The works are within coffee shop environments and cover:

- Plumbing / unvented 210 litre cylinder works

- Basic joinery (hanging doors, replacing kitchen units etc)

- Tiling

- Basic painting

- Surveying

There will also be a requirement to join refurbishment works and so an open mind, flexible nature, willingness to learn new skills and a love of variety is important to succeed in making this role your own. We are looking for honest, fair and well presented team players who have a willingness to succeed to take the role and make it their own whilst promoting the companies aims with this client.
