Duties

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and heating systems in residential and commercial properties. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Carry out plumbing tasks related to heating systems, including pipe fitting and assembly. Handle heavy lifting of equipment and materials during installations or maintenance activities. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer or in a similar role is preferred. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. A professional qualification in Plumbing is essential A valid commercial driving licence is a plus for transportation of materials and equipment. The successful candidate will be provided with a company vehicle and fuel card.


Relevant vocational or technical qualifications related to civil engineering, construction, or petrol forecourt engineering.
Practical training or certifications in health and safety, especially those related to petrol forecourt safety standards.
Certifications such as the Petroleum Industry Association (PIA) Passport are desirable.
Training certificates for operating machinery, such as digger or excavator tickets, are also beneficial but not mandatory.
