Job Title: Plumber

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Plumber to perform installation, maintenance, and repair work on plumbing systems across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.

Diagnose plumbing faults (leaks, blockages, water pressure issues) and resolve them efficiently.

Perform property inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.

Carry out emergency call-outs for water leaks and heating faults.

Test systems for proper functionality and ensure compliance with UK building and water regulations.

Complete job reports and communicate with tenants and management teams clearly.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3 years' experience in domestic/commercial plumbing maintenance.

Gas Safe registration (advantageous but not required).

Strong knowledge of UK plumbing regulations and safety standards.

Valid UK driving licence preferred.
