The Role:



As a Plumber at Markham Wallis, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding results across a wide range of projects. You'll work on different sites covering Commercial, Industrial & Domestic, ensuring every aspect of your work meets the company's high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:



Time Served OR NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred. Ability to work in Commercial and Domestic environments. Full bathroom replacement experience (essential). You will be reliable with excellent attendance. Multi skilled (advantageous but with a plumbing background). Work accurately from technical drawings and specifications, and help lead the trade within the business. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Represent Markham Wallis with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service on every project.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in Plumbing & Heating. NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent qualification). Strong knowledge of Hand & Power tools, Materials, and Techniques, with a personal portfolio of tools suitable for the role. Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and plans. Excellent attention to detail and a genuine pride in craftsmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to on-site challenges. A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude towards work. Be willing to travel and work out of town when required by the business. Full UK Driving Licence (essential). CSCS card (desirable but not essential). Willingness to work at height and in varying weather conditions.
