Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across various commercial and residential sites. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete tasks accurately and efficiently Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance Read technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure correct installation procedures Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation or repairs Assist with the assembly of plumbing components and related mechanical systems Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times during operations

Requirements

Proven experience in plumbing work with a solid understanding of plumbing systems and mechanical principles Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and basic carpentry skills Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety standards, and best practices Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical documents Valid driving licence for commercial driving tasks (if required) Experience with assembly work is advantageous Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks in various environments
