We're looking for an experienced
Plumber
to join a social housing maintenance team, coveringNorth West London
. You'll be responsible for carrying outrepairs, maintenance, and small installations
in occupied and void properties.Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance. Diagnose faults and complete reactive repairs. Install and replace taps, toilets, cylinders, pipework, and radiators.
What You'll Need:
NVQ/C&G Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent). Proven experience working in
social housing or domestic maintenance
. Full UK Driving Licence. Clean DBSWhat You'll Get:
38,000 - 40,000 per annum. Company van + fuel card. Uniform, tools, and PPE provided. Pension and training opportunities.
