We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential properties. Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with safety standards and building codes. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialised tools to complete tasks efficiently. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance. Measure, cut, assemble, and install plumbing components with precision. Assist with carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations or repairs as needed. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation or repairs. Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in plumbing work within commercial or residential settings is preferred. Knowledge of welding techniques and the use of various hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment is essential. Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, including pipe fitting and system troubleshooting. Familiarity with basic maths for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs. Experience with carpentry tasks that support plumbing projects is advantageous. Ability to undertake heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Valid driving licence for commercial driving duties is desirable but not mandatory. Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 70 per week
