Job Summary

Liam Bacon limited, formed in 2013, is a privately owned construction company specialising in property refurbishment. We are based in Ecclesfield, Sheffield and work closely with local authorities, housing associations and private customers. We undertake domestic refurbishments across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire & East Midlands. Due to recent contract wins, we're looking for a plumber (multi-skilled) to join our team on a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment contract. Company van & fuel card provided.

Duties

Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance on social housing properties, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards. Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, aiming for a 'First Time Fix' on all jobs to minimise follow-up visits. Carry out installations, replacements, and servicing of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Work independently with minimal supervision while managing workloads effectively to meet budget and time constraints. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Work collaboratively with other trades (such as Joiners/Electricians/Plasterers) to complete projects efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a qualified plumber (minimum 5 years experience). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to high standards of workmanship and health and safety compliance. Flexibility to respond to urgent repair needs where necessary. NVQ Level 3 in plumbing. Driving Licence (required)
