About Us

Keystone Building & Renovation is a fast growing property services company undertaking a range of works from general maintenance and repair through to full scale building and renovation projects. We have a number of projects ongoing across private and social housing clients, as well as general repairs and maintenance contracts requiring 1st and 2nd fix plumbing. The ideal candidate would also have experience in wall finishing.

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable multi-skilled Tradesperson to join our team on a subcontracted or employed basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and be able to undertake all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix bathroom fitting. We are a people focused business so the successful person must prioritise good customer service, be a good team player and deliver satisfaction through attention to detail.

Main Duties

Installation of sinks and cold water appliances Tap replacement Repair and replacement of toilets, baths and basins Shower enclosure installation First and second fix plumbed kitchen appliances Replacing and adjusting radiators Shower paneling (ideal) Floor and wall tiling (ideal) Painting & decorating incl. preparing and priming surfaces (non essential) Basic carpentry incl. door hanging & installation of skirting boards etc. (non essential)
