Plumber - Full-Time

About the Manor & Ashbury Resorts

We are two Sport, Craft and Spa Resorts, located just outside of Okehampton in Devon, UK. Our Ashbury Resort is also the 9th largest golf resort in the world! Be part of our team of 250+ staff. Duties/Skills Required: -

Experience with Heating systems (vented and non-vented). General plumbing and pipework, including copper hotworks and plastic connections. Bathroom suite renovations/refurbishments. Basic carpentry skills and good knowledge of the construction industry (not essential, but preferred). General Maintenance - Any additional skill/experience in the field of general maintenance will be welcome i.e. painting, decorating, flooring, carpentry, labouring, build work - helping with all aspects of Hotel maintenance/build duties, which are broad given the nature of our business (i.e. due to the number of guest rooms and facilities we have).

Hours: -

FULL-TIME - Generally we are looking for someone 8.30am-5.00pm 5 x days per week.

Rate of Pay:

Rates to be discussed at interview, and are subject to experience/qualification.

Person Specification: -

Ideally OFTEC qualified/experienced preferred as majority of our plumbing/boilers etc are oil fed. Experience with Gas ('Gas Safe') preferable but not essential (Wage may be negotiable if this qualification is held). Fast worker Team player Looking for an honest, hardworking individual Someone who is flexible in terms of skillset. Previous experience essential.

Benefits:
