We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential properties. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with safety standards and building codes. Conduct inspections to identify issues with existing plumbing infrastructure and recommend appropriate solutions. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete various tasks related to plumbing installations and repairs. Perform basic maths calculations for measurements, material estimates, and layout planning. Assist with assembly of plumbing components and related mechanical systems. Carry out heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely around work sites. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during operations.

Skills

Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and carpentry skills. Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to plumbing systems. Ability to perform basic maths calculations accurately for measurements and estimations. Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks and working in confined or awkward spaces. Knowledge of health & safety procedures related to plumbing work environments. Valid driving licence for commercial driving when required for transporting materials or equipment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Candidates with additional skills in assembly or experience working on commercial projects will be highly regarded.
