We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be capable of performing a variety of tasks related to installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments, including residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Perform welding as necessary for pipe fittings and other components. Assemble and install plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Adhere to health and safety regulations while working in potentially hazardous environments.

Skills

Proficient in plumbing techniques with a solid understanding of mechanical systems. Experience using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. Knowledge of carpentry principles is an advantage for integrated projects. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. A valid commercial driving licence is preferred for transport between job sites. Pay: 650.00-750.00 per week
