Job Description

We are always on the look-out for talented individuals to join us at Churchill Integrated Services and in particular at the moment, we are looking for an experienced Plumber to join the team. This is a mobile role to complete mainly reactive work for clients across our commercial and residential portfolios.

You will be ideally located within the Walsall / Willenhall area for ease of access to all our clients.

The type of work includes;

Using a company van and fuel card, you will travel to various clients to complete any plumbing (and ideally gas if you have the ticket) works they may have, including;

Attend and resolve plumbing emergencies and reactive maintenance requests in residential and commercial properties Diagnose and repair plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures. Relocate radiators, including draining, removing, re-piping, and refitting in accordance with client requirements and industry standards Conduct pipework modifications and ensure correct operation of heating systems after relocation work Carry out installation and maintenance of plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the job Maintain accurate records of work completed using company in house systems Carrying out risk assessments prior to work commencing to ensure a safe working environment whilst undertaking works

Offered in return;

Starting salary circa

36k -

38k for 40hr

contract

PLUS

extra hourly rate for anything over 40hrs

PLUS

overtime. Overtime starts at 5.30pm If you also have your gas, this will be reflected in your salary Permanent full time contract Company van + fuel card 28 days holiday inc bank holidays Employer pension contributions

About you;

You will need to be a fully qualified Plumber with plenty of experience of maintenance and remedials. You will be the ideal candidate if you have your domestic gas ticket!
