Social housing reactive maintenance worksWe're looking for an experienced Plumber to join the social housing maintenance team, covering Westminster . You'll be responsible for carrying out repairs, maintenance, and small installations in occupied and void properties.
Duties include:
Domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance. Diagnose faults and complete reactive repairs. Install and replace taps, toilets, cylinders, pipework, and radiators.
Requirements:
NVQ in Plumbing is preferred Own van & tools (Parking permit provided by client) Clean DBS
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekly Pay
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 230.00 per day
Work Location: In person
