We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Duties

Installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply, drainage, and heating systems in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute plumbing tasks accurately. Using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialised instruments to complete installations and repairs. Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues and performing preventative maintenance. Assisting with carpentry tasks related to plumbing fixtures or structural modifications when necessary. Handling heavy lifting of materials or equipment safely to ensure smooth workflow on-site. Ensuring all work complies with health and safety legislation and company policies. Maintaining detailed records of work performed and materials used for each project.

Skills

Proficiency in plumbing techniques along with experience in welding is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, carpentry, and assembly processes relevant to plumbing work. Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment efficiently. Basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical diagrams. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively manage physical tasks involved in the role. Valid commercial driving licence preferred for transporting materials or equipment between sites. Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting issues promptly.
