Sanper Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced

Level 3 Plumber

with proven

plant room experience

to join our team working on varied projects within the

prison service sector

. This role offers excellent flexibility, competitive rates of pay, and the opportunity to work within a skilled and supportive team.

required for access to prison sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all plumbing and plant room works to a high professional standard Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems within plant rooms and general facilities Complete scheduled works within agreed timeframes Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures and site-specific regulations Identify and report variations in work scope or potential issues Manage own workload efficiently and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients

Key Skills and Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Plumbing

(or equivalent) Demonstrable

experience working in plant rooms

(e.g. pipework installation, pumps, valves, heating systems, and hot water services) Strong understanding of mechanical systems and safety procedures Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills Full

UK Driver's Licence

and access to own transport and tools Ability to deliver high-quality work on time and to specification Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: 210.00-230.00 per day
