Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Plumber's Mate or Apprentice to join our team, focusing on the installation and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps. This role is ideal for someone passionate about renewable energy and eager to gain hands-on experience in sustainable heating solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist qualified engineers in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Air Source Heat Pumps. Support pipework fitting, system testing, and troubleshooting under supervision. Ensure compliance with renewable energy regulations and best practices. Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Travel to various job sites within Swansea and surrounding areas as required. Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Interest in renewable energy and sustainable heating solutions. Willingness to learn and develop plumbing and heating skills. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual labor. A valid UK driving license (preferred but not essential). Must be based in SA1 or within close proximity and able to travel to job sites.
