The Role

This isn't your typical beginner apprenticeship -- we're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in plumbing and heating and is ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to learn. You'll work closely with our engineers on a variety of projects and gradually take on more independent tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems

Assist with boiler installations, pipework, radiators, hot water cylinders, and heating controls Carry out diagnostic checks and minor fault-finding Ensure all tools and materials are ready for each job Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism on-site Liaise politely and clearly with customers and other tradespeople Comply with health & safety standards and site-specific protocols Attend relevant training/college sessions as required
Requirements

At least 6-12 months of practical experience in plumbing and/or heating (e.g. previous apprenticeship or work experience) Basic understanding of domestic heating systems and plumbing layouts Strong work ethic and willingness to grow with the business Ability to work efficiently as part of a small team A full UK driving licence is highly desirable Must be enrolled in or eligible for a Level 2/3 Plumbing and Heating apprenticeship program
