The Roles

We need to fill a number of roles - there is flexibility in how we do so, but broadly we need someone to handle reactive maintenance, and a couple of installation engineers. The reactive role requires an experienced troubleshooter who can diagnose and resolve plumbing & heating issues - from dripping taps to full system failures. It involves managing your own workload, sourcing materials, and liaising directly with customers. The installation roles require experienced engineers with a desire to deliver high-quality work - installing a range of systems - oil & gas boilers, heat pumps, solar systems - we work across all heating & renewable technologies. You will use provided smartphone & job management software for accurate job tracking.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience

+

NVQ Level 3

in Plumbing & Heating. The installers will require additional qualifications - either Gas-Safe, Oftec, BPEC Heat Pumps, Fgas, PartP, Hetas, for example . Strong communication skills and ability to mentor apprentices.
