Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing, Heating & Multi-Trade Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background with hands-on experience across plumbing, heating, and a variety of general building trades. This role covers a mix of domestic and commercial projects, carrying out installation, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

Work on heating systems to ensure proper installation and functionality.

Undertake multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and general maintenance work.

Assist with bathroom refurbishments and property upgrades from start to finish.

Utilise welding techniques for pipe fittings and repairs where required.

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with other trades on site to ensure smooth project delivery.

Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Lift and move materials as required for installations or repairs.

Qualifications

Gas Safe registration preferred but not essential.

Valid CSCS or JIB card.

Proven experience in plumbing and heating roles.

Confident carrying out a variety of trade tasks such as tiling, carpentry, plastering, or decorating.

Proficient in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and (where applicable) welding equipment.

Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.

Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.

Full UK driving licence and own van/tools required.

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily duties.

Pay: 150.00-250.00 per day
