Job Overview



We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing, Heating & Gas Engineer with experience in Air Source Heat Pumps to join our expanding team. This role involves installing, servicing, and repairing plumbing, heating, gas systems, and renewable heating technologies in domestic and commercial properties.

Responsibilities



Install, service, and repair various heating systems including boilers, ASHP, and underfloor heating. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation of heating equipment. Diagnose faults accurately and implement effective solutions promptly. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing tools to carry out installation and repair tasks. Perform basic carpentry work related to fitting heating components within different building structures. Carry out heavy lifting of equipment and materials safely and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each job. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during site visits and work activities. Assist with assembly of heating units or related components when required.

Experience



Experienced Installer installing full domestic central heating systems. Install various gas & ASHP systems & equipment according to specifications and safety standards. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques. Gas Safe Qualified Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs. Experience in working with commercial heating systems is advantageous. Valid driving licence. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. Qualifications



Proven experience in domestic heating installation work. Gas qualification and current ACS accreditation required. Excellent teamwork and communications abilities. Reliable Excellent time keeping Customer Focused
Work Location: On the road (Glasgow / Central Belt)

Pay: 20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
