JOB VACANCY - PLUMBING MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE

At Shannon Site Solutions Ltd we are looking for an experienced PLUMBING MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE who will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality maintenance services and reactive works to a range of clients throughout Northern Ireland.

Tasks:

PPMs - Temp checks, L8 checks etc Handles necessary repairs and maintenance Carry out other tasks as necessary eg: painting, minor works while on site Manage workload and use own initiative on a range of planned and reactive calls
Essential Criteria:

Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience Practical skills to repair, maintain, or fix a variety of assets Knowledge of building and construction IT - Microsoft excel, SAP reports & emailing Ability to deal with site clients in a professional manner, Flexibility around normal working hours to meet client needs, which may include night shifts and weekend working Full clean driving licence Valid CSR card
Desirable:

Asbestos awareness, IPAF card.

Van, Fuel card & all IT provided

Pay: From 1,234.00 per day
