AMXL is a single-threaded organization that owns the end to end customer experience for heavy and bulky products. AMXL consolidates supply chain, tech, FC operations, transportation, delivery stations, and last mile delivery. We also provide special handling services such as Room of Choice delivery, Haul-Away and Installation/Assembly for select items. AMXL currently has operations in NA & EU.

As a Program Manager, Leader Experience on the AMXL L&D team, you will play a vital role in creating a pipeline of global leaders who are ready to lead in increasingly complex environments and keep pace with the continued growth of the business. Our team partners with leaders at all levels to provide targeted leadership development programs and custom solutions for AMXL Leaders.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop Train the Trainer (TTT) materials to stand up a standardised training program across the EU
- Design new learning contents including in-app job aids for both upskilling and refresher training needs
- Conduct in-station and offsite activities such as presentations, training sessions, and role-playing exercises
- Drive adherence to standard learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement.
- Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness
- Evaluate training program efficacy as the program expands and continuously refine on an ongoing basis
- Work strategically with country and regional leaders to identify flexible learning solutions to operational challenges and work toward reducing / eliminating the need for training.
- Identify emerging technology solutions to enhance the learning experience and reduce the resources/cost/lead time required to develop and execute training.
- Able to travel nationally and internationally as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Completed Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited University
- Proven experience in project or program management specifically with people development initiatives and/or learning solutions
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, organisational skills and program and project management.
- Experience developing and implementing goals and strategies based on broader organisation goals.
- Experience building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organisational levels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in global environment.
- Experience and proficiency with MS Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Please note preferred qualification are nice to have but not essential;
- Understanding of industry learning trends and best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design principles
- Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines.
- Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions.
- A strong focus on internal customers\' needs and satisfaction, with an emphasis in demonstrating return on investment in training. A qualified candidate will be focused on how training contributes to the company\'s bottom line and will have the analytical skills to justify programmatic decisions with data.
- Experience developing virtual training for a variety of audiences (hourly associates, management)
- Knowledge of instructional design software (Articulate, Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- C1+ level in any of the following languages: German, French, Italian, and/or Spanish
