We're supporting a leading retail banking client who are looking for an experienced

PMO Analyst

to join a high-profile retail remediation programme.


They're seeking someone who can provide meaningful PMO support beyond basic administration - with proven experience producing MI, supporting governance, planning, RAID management and reporting in a fast-paced change environment.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day PMO support across the retail remediation programme, ensuring activities are delivered to agreed timelines. Maintain and update programme plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and other governance artefacts. Coordinate and support governance forums - preparing packs, scheduling sessions, tracking actions and ensuring timely follow-up. Produce high-quality MI and reporting packs to inform senior stakeholders on progress, risks and key decisions. Track and report on delivery milestones, resourcing and budget status. Support change control and ensure documentation, approvals and audit trails are in place. Monitor programme compliance with internal delivery frameworks and regulatory expectations. Act as a central point of contact for project teams, escalating issues where needed and driving resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools and templates.

Requirements

Solid PMO experience within large-scale change programmes. Experience supporting retail remediation initiatives within financial services. Strong skills in producing MI packs, reporting and governance support. Confident engaging stakeholders and driving delivery in a structured PMO function.

Benefits

Paying between 275 - 300 per day. 12-month initial contract.
