About the Role
We're looking for an organised and friendly PMO Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly. This role is all about supporting project teams, keeping things organised, and making sure everyone has what they need to do their job.
If you like working with different people, enjoy keeping track of details, and feel comfortable juggling a few tasks at once, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as a main point of contact for sharing project and role needs across teams
Helping onboard new project team members and making sure everything runs smoothly
Working with internal teams and external partners to manage timelines, paperwork, and logistics
Making sure contracts and statements of work are signed and stored correctly
Supporting the setup of contracts with help from the admin team
Keeping internal systems and records up to date
Joining regular check-ins and meetings with teams, partners, and clients
Working closely with others to make sure tasks are completed on time
Helping put together simple reports to track resources, onboarding, and project support
What We're Looking For:
Someone organised, reliable, and good with details
A clear and confident communicator
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
Your Experience:
Some experience in an office, admin, or coordination role
Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel
Experience in a similar role or industry is a bonus, but not essential

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year
