We have the opportunity for a PMO Lead to join our Business Transformation Group (BTG) on a 12-month fixed-term contract here at Tokio Marine Kiln.

Reporting into the Head of Project Delivery, you will play a key role in managing portfolio governance, financial oversight, and resource planning across a diverse range of projects and programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance with internal standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the Project Management Office and managing a team of two. Driving portfolio governance aligned to TMK's Project Delivery Framework. Managing portfolio financial processes and reporting. Acting as the first point of contact for project and business colleagues, providing guidance on methodology, tools, and governance. Coordinating resource planning with IT, Data Ops, and InfoSec teams. Preparing reporting packs for monthly Change Group meetings and senior committees. Collaborating with Risk Management and Internal Audit to ensure compliance with governance standards. Overseeing contract resource processes, invoice management, and business continuity frameworks.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience managing a PMO function with strong knowledge of project and programme methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Minimum of two years' experience; P3O qualification preferred. Proven people management skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting portfolio matters. Adaptable approach to governance based on risk profile. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
