Base Location: Wimbledon | Full-Time | Office-Based with Travel Across the South of England.
We're seeking a motivated and highly organised PMO Project Support Coordinator to join our growing PMO team. If you're passionate about transforming project data into actionable insights and you're open to hitting the road to support initiatives across various sites, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Support projects across multiple depots and business units
Develop, manage, and maintain reports to enhance visibility and performance tracking
Monitor project timelines, risks, and milestones, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Assist in enforcing PMO best practices, governance, and documentation standards
Engage with local teams at depot locations to gather data, feedback, and drive project alignment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a PMO or project coordination role
Confident in building dashboards and interpreting data trends
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the South, Greater London, and occasionally beyond
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g. monday.com, MS Project, Jira)
Understanding of Agile, PRINCE2, or PMI frameworks
Experience coordinating operational or field-based projects
