Project Support Coordinator



TonyG is a creative production house completing design projects for brands and creative agencies. We have a growing team of crafters - from creatives to printers to cabinet makers who manage all aspects of high-end projects such as window display, store-interiors, bespoke furniture, from our multi-purpose building in Kineton, South Warwickshire.

As our projects continue to grow in scale and number, we have an opportunity for a Project Support Coordinator .

Responsibilities



To lead on coordination of shipping and all aspects of logistics for projects, including related admin for export, improvement of use of packaging for efficiency and sustainability Following up on Project Manager briefings, acting as a liaison point between internal production teams, Project Managers and clients Conducting tasks such as research, purchasing and assisting coordination of projects from brief to fulfilment Building on relationships with external supply chain, assisting with satisfactory supply of services and goods both generally and for specific projects Communicating with customers where necessary, updating on all aspects of project development and questioning briefs to get the best outcomes Following up on quotes, booking in projects, updating systems ensuring accurate costing Requesting purchase orders from clients, providing information internally for the business to generate accurate sales invoices, liaising with the TonyG Finance team Assist with risk assessments and method statements for projects conducted off site Sourcing and support of ad hoc personnel to assist with fulfilment and delivery of projects Maintain accurate and compliant records of all business suppliers, contractors and resources for all business sites including vehicle insurance, vehicle bookings and road compliance (tolls/ULEZ) etc Coordination of travel and accommodation requirements for Project Teams.

Business Specific Requirements



Contribute where required to Board discussions and respond accordingly to any specific request target set by the business Develop excellent relationships with clients, potential clients, suppliers and subcontractors to advance the business across all areas of development Ensure all relevant in-house equipment for the fulfilment of projects is adequately functional, and stocks are in supply, advise/order suppliers where stock is required and advise line manager and Board as and when new equipment is required Actively take part in continual learning, formal and otherwise, for your role and to meet the evolving needs of the business Work in an organised and systematic manner, contributing to the development and improvement of all company systems Impart skills, personal expertise, and knowledge to other members of the team, delegate appropriately and communicate clearly with respect to shared tasks Undertake team tasks that are not related to your speciality and assist where necessary with any ad hoc tasks as required Act in the best interest of the business at all times Remain professional and represent the company in the best way possible

Strong organisation and administration skills Ability to work flexibly in a constantly evolving environment Ability to multitask and juggle many projects at once Passion for creativity and creative projects Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools Knowledge of logistics Experience with managing travel itinerary, booking travel and accommodation Experience supporting on projects or installations
