Job Summary



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMO (Project Management Officer) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing project management processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

2/3 days a week in London and Inside of IR35

Project Administration

Organise project meetings and visits, including scheduling, agenda creation, visitor registration, and booking of resources. Take minutes of meetings, issue in agreed format, and follow up on actions. Compile and prepare project management information reports and presentations, and issue to internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and review project documentation, including letters, memos, reports etc. Liaise with departments to obtain and disseminate information on real estate projects. Contribute to the development and improvement of project management and administrative workflows. Liaise with project consultants and contractors as required, in support of the team.
Financial Support

Raise new purchase orders. Review, process and receipt invoices. Complete quarterly forecasts and budgets for projects, confirming spend and accounting treatment Capex, Opex. Complete month-end reporting on projects, reviewing transactions confirming Capex, Opex transactions. Gather information and invoices that will be shared with the internal and external stakeholders. Work with the Lloyd's finance team to review project cost plans and highlight the correct accounting treatment
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Excellent general IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications. Particular experience of using Microsoft Excel. Good diary management and organisational skills. Experience of implementing, maintaining and improving project procedures and administrative systems. Handling of sensitive and confidential information according to organisational policies. Ability to multitask and prioritise an everchanging workload. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 300.00 per day
